Essential Functions of our CNA

Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living. These could include (but are not limited to):

Proficient Providing Personal Cares, Particularly for Bed-Bound Individuals

Provide Safe Ambulation/Transfers

Hoyer Lift Experience

Dressing Assistance

Prepares Meals and Snacks According to Care Plan

Performs Light Housekeeping Activities

Companionship and Engagement with Client

Be Available to Work Between 9am-4pm Mon-Fri

Our CNA Performs patient-specific activities that are taught by a Right at Home nurse. These could include (but are not limited to):

Medication Administration

Assisting with the Prescribed Range of Motion Exercises

Taking Vital Signs

Care of Bed-Bound Patients

Incontinence Care

Use Lifting Equipment Such as Gait Belts and Hoyer Lifts

Our CNA Must Have Experience in:

Hoyer lift

Personal care

Range of Motion Exercises

Foley care

Companionship

Light cleaning

Transfers
