    🌟 We are urgently hiring Caregivers!! 🌟

    Do you love helping Dementia clients feel a bit more like themselves again? Do you like the challenge of redirecting and keeping your client positively engaged in activities while ensuring they are safe? Are you the type of person that can let things roll off your back?

    In addition to other hours in Nashua, Merrimack and Amherst, we have a permanent Dementia client in Milford T/Th/F 9a--1p that would provide a consistent 12 hr./wk.

    Right at Home Southern NH, the only nurse-owned agency in NH, has been awarded provider of choice four years running now by both our clients and caregivers. We are rapidly growing and have a number of opportunities to work with aging adults in your area to provide assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting and companionship.

    Although we are happy to train new hires, our Dementia and Total Care clients would require previous experience in order to start immediately on those cases.

    Caregiver Requirements:

    Have a valid driver’s license and use of an automobile for work or access to adequate transportation

    Willing to travel up to 30 minutes.

    18 years old minimum.

    Must be comfortable with housekeeping, companionship, and light personal care.

    Able to lift 10-50/lb.

    Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job

    Must pass pre-employment background checks, health and drug screenings, and professional reference checks.

    Bonus points if you have one of the following:

    LNA, Caregiving or Healthcare experience

    Pay: $17.00/$18.00 per hour weekdays and $19.00/$20.00 per hour weekends depending on experience.

    A TYPICAL DAY AS A CAREGIVER:

    Caregivers provide personal care for their clients. - This could include (but is not limited to):

    Light Housekeeping - mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dishes, taking out the garbage.

    Assisting with personal hygiene (toileting, bathing, care of mouth, skin, and hair)

    Assist with everyday living tasks (moving, meal preparation, eating, dressing, shaving)

    Provide Companionship to your client (this may include running errands and/or providing transportation to appointments, grocery store runs, or just to get some fresh air).

    Play games and engage with your client.

    Make a difference, develop meaningful relationships, and meet new people.

    Give back to those who need you most (our clients need you now more than ever before)!
