    15 hours per week

    Tuesday and Thursday (but flexible with the days)

    Pay Range:

    Starting pay of $15 up to $17 per hour (Potential for pay increases based on performance and experience)

    Role Overview: The In-Home Caregiver at Enchanted Hearts Home Care LLC plays a vital role in improving the quality of life for individuals who need assistance or support. As to uphold in providing the utmost essential support and companionship, allowing to maintain their independence and dignity. This position involves providing compassionate support to individuals (including elderly, people with disabilities, or those recovering from injury or injury) with their activities in their daily living.

    Responsibilities:

    Personal Care: Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

    Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious meals, assist with feeding as needed, and ensure proper hydration.

    Light Housekeeping / Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe and organized environment.

    Companionship: Provide companionship, engage clients in meaningful activities, and accompany them on errands or appointments.

    Transportation: Assist clients with transportation to appointments, errands, and social activities.

    Medication Reminders: Provide medication reminders and assist with other care-related tasks as directed.

    Qualifications:

    Experience (Preferred but not required): Prior experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred, but not required.

    Compassion and Empathy: Has the genuinely desire to help others and a compassionate approach to caregiving.

    Reliability and Punctuality: Has a strong work ethic and ability to maintain a consistent schedule.

    Reliable Transportation: Has valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance

    Education: High school diploma / GED preferred
