About the Role: As a PRN on-call caregiver, you will have a big impact on ensuring essential care services are provided to elderly clients in their homes when they need it. You’ll receive weekly, daily, and hourly pay. PRN on-call caregivers must be available during agreed timeframes for one week to accept fill-in and PRN shift assignments.

Responsibilities:

Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, safety/mobility support

Assist with medication reminders, light housekeeping, and meal preparation

Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship

Document and report any changes in client's condition to the care manager

Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients

Ensure highly reliable care service

Requirements:

Be on call for a week at a time. Must have availability during agreed to time frames. (7a-7p, 7p-7a, and/or weekends)

Prior experience in caregiving for elderly people

Valid driver's license and reliable insured transportation

Compassionate and patient demeanor

Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team

CNA Certification is a plus

Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus
