Responsibilities:

Be caring and compassionate toward clients and their caretakers.

Must be able to stand, lift, bend, kneel and/or be active as client requires.- Transport Clients

Accompany Clients to appointments such as doctors, hair etc.

Transport yourself between clients, paid on the clock.

Assistance with personal care and hygiene, including incontinence briefs etc.

Meal Preparation

Light Housekeeping

Accompany clients on outings

Shopping and errands

Medication Assist/Reminders

Ambulation and transporting of clients

Provide companionship to clients

Ability to follow care-plan

Documentation/Charting

Requirements:

• Experience in life with Caregiving or professionally

• Must be 18 years or older

• Must hold a valid Driver's License

• Demonstrate good judgment when dealing with patients, visitors, families, and co-workers
