A bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, psychology, family ecology,
consumer/community services, family studies, family and/or child development, guidance/school
counseling, counseling psychology, or criminal justice is preferred to fill this position. An
associate's degree in the above programs, with 60 college credits (½ related to this field) is also
acceptable, with two years experience.
The families we serve often need education on parenting, household management, relationship
struggles, nutrition, relapse prevention, budgeting, and other skills. You would be responsible for
providing in-home case management and strength focused interventions to families in St. Clair
and Sanilac Counties. You will work with your clients to create a work schedule that fits your
lifestyle, as this position is truly flexible!
This role requires you to have a reliable vehicle and a license (mileage reimbursement monthly),
flexibility in scheduling, and availability to work occasional evening hours. In this position you
could complete roughly 50% of your work remotely. The position pays $17-19/hr, depending on
