Key Responsibilities: The Flooring Sales Consultant will be responsible for cultivating and managing client relationships, providing product knowledge and guidance, and driving sales.
Client Engagement: Visit clients in their homes to discuss their flooring projects.
Sales System: Utilize our sales system with the help of a tablet, laptop, and software to consistently achieve/exceed individual and team sales targets.
Customer Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for all flooring service inquiries to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities using the company's CRM system.
Installation Coordination: Coordinate installation schedules for project kick offs and final walk throughs.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer needs and expectations are met, collaborating with the team for smooth project execution.
Relationship Building: Develop lasting customer relationships and cultivate key referral sources for ongoing business growth.
Networking: Establish new connections with prospects who meet our ideal customer profile or those who can recommend your brand to potential customers.
Marketing: Drive new lead generation through marketing efforts including, but not limited to, social media outreach, parketing, bandits signs, local events, door knockers, and more!

Qualifications for Success:
Sales Experience: 3-5+ years of in-home and/or outside sales.

Compensation:
Earning Potential: Full-time design associates earn anywhere between $80,000 - $120,000 depending on effort, ability, and availability. Pay is results-based so there is no upper limit to what can be earned. Top performers are earning $150,000+.
Pre-Requisite to Start:
Driver's License: Hold a valid Georgia driver's license and acceptable credit score.
Laptop: Windows-based PC, at least 2.4 ghz processor, 8GB RAM, 500GB Hard Drive, and at least Windows 10 (Home edition is fine). No Macs, Chromebooks, or tablets running stripped down versions of Windows. Built in Webcam.
