    Position Highlights

    Location: In-home counseling throughout Essex County.

    Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time.

    Compensation:

    $60,000 per year or $65–$85 per hour (depending on hours worked and licensure).

    Opportunities for additional income through assessments and specialty services.

    What You’ll Do

    Provide individual, family, and group therapy tailored to the unique needs of youth and families.

    Develop and implement treatment plans with measurable goals in collaboration with clients and their families.

    Conduct psychosocial assessments and ensure timely documentation.

    Utilize evidence-based practices to address mental health, behavioral, and emotional challenges.

    Collaborate with a supportive team of professionals dedicated to empowering communities.

    Qualifications

    Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

    Active NJ license (LPC, LCSW, LSW, LAC).

    Reliable transportation for in-home visits.

    Commitment to providing culturally sensitive and client-centered care.
