    Overview

    We are seeking experienced professionals who bring industry knowledge to the table, reducing the learning curve and allowing for a seamless integration into our team. While we provide training on selling our products, familiarity with home improvement services is essential. Candidates should be professional, presentable, and equipped with strong sales and closing skills.

    This role involves conducting in-home consultations, offering customers personalized solutions for roofing, gutters, insulation, windows, and doors.

    Required Qualifications

    Industry Experience: Previous experience in the home improvement industry is highly preferred.

    Sales Background: A proven track record of successful sales performance.

    Personal Qualities: Personable, adaptable, and organized with excellent follow-up skills.

    Reliability: Punctuality and consistent dependability.

    Learning Ability: Willingness and capability to learn about our products and present them effectively.

    Responsibilities

    As an In-Home Sales Consultant at Streamline Enterprises, you will:

    Daily Meetings: Participate in team meetings/training at 9:00 AM (Monday-Thursday) to review leads, turn in ‘sold’ jobs, and receive ongoing training.

    Consultations: Conduct in-home consultations at scheduled times (11:00 AM, 1:30 PM, and 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday). Fridays offer flexibility and are meeting-free.

    Needs Assessments: Perform needs assessments, including roof inspections (walkable roofs) and attic evaluations for insulation requirements.

    Presentation Tools: Use pre-made pitch books for each service category to guide consultations and presentations.

    Lead Follow-Up: Actively follow up on company-provided leads, facilitate digital contract signing, and create work orders through our CRM system.

    Coordination: Maintain ongoing communication and lead management within the CRM system to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
