As an In-House Beverage Service Level II Technician, you will be pivotal in serving and repairing frozen beverage, coffee, and powdered cappuccino machines within corporate facilities.     Responsibilities:

    Deliver Expert Equipment Service: Diagnose, repair, and maintain frozen beverage, coffee, and powdered cappuccino machines within our company facility; perform equipment inspections and replacements as needed.

    Conduct Preventative Maintenance: Execute routine preventative maintenance per safety protocols to ensure peak equipment performance.

    Occasional On-Site Installation: Install new equipment and replace outdated machines at customer locations when required.

    Manage Parts Inventory: Track and organize parts inventory efficiently.

    Work Schedule:

    Days: Monday - Friday

    Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience with frozen beverage equipment, including slushie machines, ICEE machines, and FBD machines, as well as coffee and powdered cappuccino machines.

    Familiarity with wiring diagrams and strong problem-solving skills.

    Ability to handle a physically demanding workload effectively.

    Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
