Job Summary:
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively utilize a $10 million annual budget. Your focus will be on optimizing their presence across radio, podcasts, TV, and other media platforms. You will play a key role in shaping our brand voice, increasing market share, and driving customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies that align with the firm’s business objectives and target audience.
- Oversee the allocation and management of a $10 million annual marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROI across all campaigns.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives across radio, podcasts, TV, digital media, and other channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling content and advertisements that resonate with our audience.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to adjust strategies and maximize effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with media partners, ensuring timely delivery of creative assets and campaign materials.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the financial services industry.
- Report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing channels to keep our strategies innovative and competitive.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on media management, including radio, podcasts, and TV.
- Proven experience in managing large marketing budgets and delivering successful campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including media buying and analytics software.
