We seek a highly motivated and energetic In-House Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful sales. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close sales.

    Responsibilities:

    Promotional Product Expertise:

    Understand and recommend effective promotional items, including apparel, to meet clients' marketing objectives.

    Client Relationship Management:

    Cultivate strong client relationships by providing personalized and attentive service.

    Government Contract Bids:

    Manage and oversee the process of preparing and submitting government contract bids.

    Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.

    Sales Outreach:

    Conduct outbound calls and emails to drive sales growth and showcase our value.

    Market Awareness:

    Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new product releases.

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience in promotional products or apparel sales is preferred.

    Experience in handling government contract bids is a plus.

    Excellent communication skills.

    Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    Familiarity with CRM systems and order management.
