Responsibilities

• Set up trays and carts for in-room dining deliveries.

• Deliver orders promptly and accurately to guest rooms.

• Respond to guest requests and make service recommendations.

• Retrieve used trays and carts from guest rooms and corridors.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of room service areas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

• Familiarity with property or outlet-specific needs (e.g., Boonfly, FARM, Hilltop).

• Team player mentality and a commitment to maintaining the resort’s high standards.
