  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    As a In-Room Licensed Massage Therapist you will be responsible for providing massages to guests in the comfort of their private accommodations with unparalleled personalized service, professionalism and exceptional knowledge in the field of the healing arts.

    • Arrive at the Spa in advance of the appointment to gather supplies.

    • Greet guests warmly at their Cottage or Cabin.

    • Ensure guest comfort and safety throughout the treatment.

    • Maintain professional ethics while ensuring personalized service is provided to each guest so they feel their needs are met.

    • Prepare a portable treatment table to client specifications while also adhering to Wildflower Farms and Auberge Resorts Service Standards.

    • Properly clean and store the portable treatment table as required and needed.

    • Ensure the return of all supplies to the Spa.

    • Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures.

    • Follow service protocols and procedures according to Wildflower Farms and Auberge Resorts standards.

    • Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa including guest complaints or misconduct.

    • Assist fellow team members with daily operations to support healthy teamwork and contribute to the success of the spa.

    • Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.

    • Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spa.

    Pay: $15.50 hourly rate + $100 Flat rate per 60 minute massage

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

    • Minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed massage therapist

    • New York State License in Massage Therapist required

    • Experience in a luxury spa and/or hotel spa environment preferred

    • Excellent communication skills and professionalism

    • Ability to work a flexible schedule

    • Ability and confidence to perform under pressure
