With over 250 buyer and seller appointments set in the last 90 days, 35% of which are homeowners looking to sell their homes, we are looking for a handful of skilled agents with an insatiable hunger to succeed to join our team as a partner agent. *Must have a test date scheduled for licensing and/or an Active RE License Responsibilities: • Utilize our exceptional inside sales team to prequalify buyer and seller prospects, ensuring every meeting is set with motivated individuals ready to make a move. • Deliver compelling canned presentations using strong scripts to handle objections, build rapport, and close for conversion. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity while representing our brand in all interactions with clients and colleagues. • Continuously refine your sales skills through ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship opportunities provided by our experienced team. • Collaborate with fellow agents and support staff to optimize processes, share best practices, and achieve collective success. • Demonstrate a relentless drive to exceed sales targets and performance metrics, consistently striving for excellence in every aspect of your work. Qualifications: • Active real estate license in California. • Proven track record of success in real estate sales, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and exceed goals. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building strong relationships and rapport with clients. • Mastery of sales techniques, including the ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and overcome challenges with confidence. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for continuous learning and personal development. Compensation: $200,000 - $250,000 yearly
