Responsibilities: • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads • Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met • Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline • Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication • Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved • Nurture business opportunities • Close business opportunities • Lead generate target businesses • Develop new sales relationships • Follow the team plan • Follow your daily and weekly routes • Attend all sales meetings Qualifications: • Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role • Sales experience is required • Must be 21 years of age or older • Must have clean driving record • Must have working rights in the USA • Must live within daily driving distance of location • Ability to make a good first impression Compensation: $40,000 - $55,000 DOE
