    Job Description

    We are looking for an Inclusion & Belonging Projects Intern to join CyberArk's Global Inclusion & Belonging team. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your curiosity, research, and event-planning skills while contributing to our dynamic workplace culture.

As the Inclusion & Belonging Projects Intern, you will assist with planning and executing initiatives that foster engagement and awareness, helping to enrich our vibrant culture for CyberArk colleagues around the world.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Assist in planning and executing events for CyberArk's Employee Resource Groups, I&B Cultural Awareness programs, educational training sessions, and workshops
    • Support the planning and execution of events for CyberArk's Employee Resource Groups and I&B Cultural Awareness initiatives, educational training, and workshops
    • including updating the cultural calendar, designing event flyers, and researching potential speakers for upcoming activities.
    • Offer logistical assistance by creating surveys, scheduling meetings with external vendors, and organizing and maintaining databases.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program in Communications, Marketing or Human Resources
    • Capable of working in a fast-paced and demanding environment
    • Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
    • Experience creating graphics in Canva
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Organizational skills for managing multiple tasks, events, and deadlines
    • Experience with SharePoint or other content platform preferred
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, meeting deadlines
    • A passion for learning about diversity, equity, and inclusion trends and concerns
    • Ability to work onsite in our Newton office on-site or virtually
