· Community Integration & Personal Development – safety & survival training, socialization, mobility training, transportation education, social activities
Maintain proper documentation relating to the individuals
Communicate & collaborate with Individual’s family, supervisors and co-workers
Must be Bi-lingual to communicate with individual served
Performs other duties as required.
