Your Role:
● Ability to acquire, negotiate, influence and close qualified leads.
● Professional engagement to provide the best solution for the customer's home and lifestyle.
● Become an expert across our product range so that our clients are confident in the product features, models & technical details.
● Excelling at customer service and maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers, builders and architects.
● Weekly face to face client meetings, product presentations and onsite consultations.
● Ability to connect and communicate effectively with a diverse range of clientele.
● Excellent time management skills; the ability to multitask and prioritize.
● Can maintain a high level of accuracy with quotes, note-taking, contracts, record keeping.
● Communicate and engage in meetings across all departments.
● Liaising with clients on post-sale communication.
● Attending networking events and industry trade shows.
Qualifications:
● Bachelors/ diploma in business or equivalent.
● 3+ years of B2C sales experience.
● MS Office tools.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent customer relation skills; ability to establish credibility with employees, vendors, and customers.
● Strong negotiating skills.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills; understand, speak, read, and write in English (French) language.
