Role Overview: We are looking for experienced Snow Removal Subcontractors who own their own equipment to join our team. In this role, you will use your own truck, snow plow, and/or sidewalk snow removal equipment to efficiently clear parking lots and sidewalks. This opportunity is perfect for individuals who want to work independently and earn competitive pay, without the hassle of managing clients, invoicing, or administrative tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed & Equipped Professionals: Valid driver’s license, and ownership of a reliable truck, snow plow, or sidewalk snow removal equipment.

Dependable & Available: You must be able to respond quickly during snowstorms, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends.

Experienced Operators: You should have previous experience operating snow removal equipment and be comfortable working in challenging winter conditions.

All-Weather Readiness: Ability to handle snow, wind, freezing temperatures, and other tough weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

Use your own equipment to clear snow and ice from parking lots, sidewalks, and walkways.

Spread salt on sidewalks and other high-traffic areas using provided materials (your equipment or by hand). Salt for parking lots will be managed by our team.

Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all work meets the high standards expected by Lansing Lawn & Snow and our clients.

Keep accurate records of completed jobs and ensure compliance with company procedures.
