IndoorMedia is seeking a Virtual Appointment Setter to join our team! We are looking for experienced business-to-business appointment setters to join our team and focus on new business development. This position is a part-time remote position, with opportunity for full-time. As an appointment setter, you will be partnered with a seasoned outside sales rep that is a proven closer. You will provide at least 2 appointments per day for your rep and have 2 sales per week. What We Expect From You:  Experience in B2B appointment setting and cold calling is a must - at least 1 year  Active listening skills  Experience getting past gatekeepers  Comfortable cold calling prospective clients - 100+ outbound calls per day  Perseverance and the ability to push past the "no"  Must be self-motivated and disciplined  Capable of working without supervision  Must be dependable  Must have an up to date laptop or desktop computer (no iPads), high-speed internet and have a headset with microphone and USB plug to use with RingCentral. Required Qualifications:  1-year outbound (B2B only) cold calling appointment setting experience  Excellent communication skills  Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Apps and general computer skills  Able to use Google calendar and coordinate appointments for reps  High school diploma or equivalent What you get:  Our appointments setters make $16.00 - $30.00 per hour with bonuses  Paid training - we teach you how to prospect and supply you with the tools needed for success  Your choice of full time or part time (after 90-day period)  Flexible hours during normal business hours  No evenings or weekends  Excellent support from your managers Company Description IndoorMedia is a 33-year-old nationwide leader in the creation and distribution of register tape and grocery cart advertisement.
