Responsibilities: What you’ll do: • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope of work, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. • Be the site operational leader, ensuring efficient resource allocation and top-notch customer service. • Monitor project progress, identify and resolve potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards. • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and project success. • Manage project budgets. • Prepare and deliver project presentations and reports. Qualifications: • Bachelor's in Construction Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience • Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial project management. • Proven track record of successful project delivery, including meeting deadlines and budgets. • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6). • Knowledge of relevant safety and environmental regulations. • Strong analytical and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation: $79,000 - $100,000 yearly
