    We are looking for a driven and experienced Industrial Asset Liquidation Manager to lead the valuation, marketing, and sale of surplus or outdated industrial assets. This role involves managing the entire asset liquidation process—including private sales, auctions, and consignment agreements—while capitalizing recovery values and ensuring conformity with industry regulations.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asset management, industrial equipment sales, and liquidation strategies, with a particular focus on industrial building infrastructure (dock equipment, HVAC, electrical, fire suppression) and manufacturing process equipment.

    Key Responsibilities-Industrial Asset Liquidation Manager:

    • Evaluate the condition, market value, and resale potential of manufacturing process machinery, industrial equipment, and surplus inventory.
    • Oversee or coordinate marketing efforts, including digital listings, direct outreach, and auction promotions.
    • Develop and execute asset disposition strategies, including auctions, private sales, and scrap recovery.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with buyers, auctioneers, resellers, and industry-specific liquidation platforms.
    • Ensure all sales agreements, contracts, and regulatory requirements are met, verifying that revenue is properly allocated and processed.
    • Coordinate asset removal, transportation, and site clearance in collaboration with internal teams and third-party vendors.
    • Track sales performance, revenue, and efficiency metrics, providing reports on liquidation outcomes.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks, including environmental hazards and legal compliance issues.

    Qualifications & Skills-Industrial Asset Liquidation Manager:

    • At least 5 years of experience in industrial asset management, liquidation, equipment sales, or a related field.
    • Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, manufacturing equipment, and surplus asset markets.
    • Proven negotiation skills with experience in B2B asset transactions.
    • Ability to assess asset conditions, conduct market research, and analyze financial reports.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple liquidation projects.
    • Effective communicator with the ability to interact with vendors, clients, and stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in asset management software, online auction platforms, and digital marketing tools.

    Preferred Qualifications-Industrial Asset Liquidation Manager:

    • Experience with liquidation firms, auction houses, or corporate surplus management.
    • Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations related to industrial asset disposal.
    • Background in logistics or supply chain management.
