We are seeking an Industrial-Commercial Electrical Apprentice to join our team. Responsibilities will include testing electrical systems, documenting actions, repairing electrical issues by replacing or installing components, wiring, or devices, and maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to all company guidelines and OSHA safety requirements. Work with an established team of electricians, to complete a variety of customer-driven projects with highly competitive pay. Benefits: • Medical • Dental • Vision • 401(k) • Life Insurance • Paid Training Responsibilities: • Perform electrical work involved in the construction, maintenance, and/or repair of commercial, and industrial electrical construction projects. • Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit, utilizing measuring instruments and hand tools. • Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment and keep parts and supplies in order. • Punctuality all the time, at the designated work site. • Teamwork and a positive attitude. • Completes 10-hour OSHA Safety Course. Qualifications: • Some experience as an Electrical Apprentice, or related electrical field. • A willingness to follow instructions, learn, and do the job right the first time. • Strong capabilities for project planning - prepare tools/materials for the journeyman ahead of time; this improves job efficiency and makes a great impression. • Able to diagnose problems using electronic test equipment. • Eagerness to learn electrical schematics and blueprint reading skills. • Ability to travel, if requested. • Excellent punctuality, showing up on time at the correct jobsite. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Compensation: $20 - $28 hourly DOE
