Industrial Controls Specialist – Tech Support (Remote - Location Specific) | No Travel

Responsibilities
- Technical Support – Assist customers with troubleshooting industrial automation products (PLCs, HMIs, drives, networking, and more) via phone and email.
- Testing and Research – Recreate customer issues using real equipment to find solutions.
- Ongoing Learning – Stay up to date with the latest automation technology and products.
- Documentation – Create technical application notes and contribute to improving product documentation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of industry experience (or 8+ years without a degree).
- Proficiency in PLC and HMI programming and troubleshooting.
- Experience setting up and troubleshooting Windows-to-industrial Ethernet networks.
- Preferred: Knowledge of Industrial Ethernet, Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP, AC servo, VFDs, and stepper systems.
