    Industrial Groundwater Treatment Project Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage the planning, execution, and completion of industrial groundwater treatment projects, ensuring they meet objectives, timelines, and budgetary requirements.

    • Coordinate and manage project teams, including engineers, operators, and contractors, to ensure effective implementation of treatment processes.

    • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout all project phases.

    • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and addressing any delays promptly.

    • Monitor and evaluate project progress, conducting regular site inspections, meetings, and status updates to track performance and resolve issues.

    • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and optimizing resource allocation.

    • Prepare, review, and approve project documentation, including contracts, reports, and technical specifications.

    • Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory agencies, ensuring clear communication and effective problem-solving.

    • Oversee the installation, operation, and testing of equipment related to wastewater treatment, ensuring proper functioning and compliance with operational standards.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve any operational or technical issues that arise during project execution.

    • Ensure proper training and development of project staff, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to successfully complete the project.

    Key Knowledge Areas:

    • Strong understanding of industrial groundwater treatment processes, equipment, and operations, including filtration systems, pumps, chemical feed systems, and monitoring equipment.

    • Expertise in project management principles and practices, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation.

    • Experience with environmental and safety regulations related to groundwater treatment and industrial wastewater systems.

    • Familiarity with SCADA systems, electrical systems (12V DC to 480V AC), and control systems, as well as troubleshooting and maintenance of related equipment.

    • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project).

    • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&ID diagrams, and technical specifications.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • A background in mechanical or electrical engineering, environmental science, or a related field.

    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience.

    • Prior experience in managing industrial groundwater or wastewater treatment projects is highly desirable.

    • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
