    Overview:

    The Industrial IT Lead is responsible for operational planning, organizing, and executing of all operational technology functions on location. This includes meeting customer requirements, collaborating with operational teams, supporting and maintaining existing applications, and providing guidance to teams while building solutions regarding IT/OT operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manages day-to-day operations of a team of technical experts, supporting them to ensure assignments are completed as required.

    • Set team goals aligned with organizational vision that translate into actionable plans. Adapt and execute plans and priorities based on established strategies and objectives.

    • Analyzes complex business needs presented by clients and recommends technical solutions.

    • Manage daily tasks associated with projects and set priorities for the team.

    • Ensure consistency of existing applications by creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards and procedures for implementing technical solutions.

    • Incorporates and enforces regional and global standards into local operational standards, policies, and work instructions.

    • Works with internal technology groups to provide effective solutions to address business needs.

    • Assesses and identifies technological needs and opportunities, recommending upgrades/replacements.

    • Seek opportunities to optimize processes and workflows.

    • Assists in developing and managing the department budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet business requirements.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

    • 5+ years of experience in IT and OT, preferably supporting a larger manufacturing facility.

    • Experience with OT infrastructure required.

    • Effective communication skills, both written and oral.

    • Able to build strong, credible relationships with strategic partners and suppliers

    • Knowledge of most major programming languages, network operation, computer hardware, and operating systems.
