We are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor, must have working knowledge of repair and maintenance of high-speed packaging equipment, dismantling and assembling multiple brands of mechanical and electrical equipment, repair and replacement of defective parts, and knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance team and ensuring that all facility operations are running smoothly. You will coordinate maintenance activities, manage resources, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, excellent leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Work in a team or autonomously to complete work orders and provide maintenance support in a food processing environment.
Perform all work in accordance with environmental, health and safety standards, rules, regulations and practices of the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Excellent planning and leadership abilities.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
Ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues.
Manage maintenance budgets and control costs.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Train and mentor maintenance staff.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 5 years of industrial machine maintenance experience required.
Food Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Experience Required.
Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or in a similar role is a must.
Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and systems.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using maintenance management software.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Professional office environment. Primary office environment is ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment. As well as working in a production environment with cold and noise.

COMPENSATION:
$65,000 to $75,000 annual salary
