We’re looking for a dynamic and dedicated  Off-Shift Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to join our Client's team at their Operation in Whitehall Michigan.

In this role, you’ll manage a skilled maintenance team, oversee preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include:
leading and developing your team through scheduling, training, and performance management; executing preventative maintenance programs; coordinating equipment repairs and contractor work; and fostering collaboration across departments to optimize operations. You’ll also handle production scheduling, review reports to address issues proactively, and promote a culture of safety and efficiency.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED, at least 3 years of maintenance leadership experience, and legal authorization to work in the U.S. Preferred candidates have blueprint reading skills, experience with TPM/Kaizen, and strong organizational abilities.
