    Are you a dynamic and results-oriented Industrial Program Manager ready to lead critical projects within a rapidly expanding aerospace company?

    We are seeking a highly motivated Industrial Program Manager to join our client's team, a leader in providing world-class tooling and ground support equipment to the civil and defense aerospace industries. Our company is experiencing significant growth, particularly in the reusable, long-life container segment, and they are looking for a strategic leader to drive process improvements and project launches.

    About the Role:

    As an Industrial Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the department, focusing on the launch of improvement projects and special processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the introduction of new part numbers and manufacturing processes.
    • Coordinate and supervise the timely launch of projects, adhering to budget and quality expectations.
    • Collaborate with teams to develop project schedules and ensure effective follow-up.
    • Implement improvement projects to enhance the efficiency of existing processes, optimizing time and cost.
    • Develop and execute manufacturing processes to maximize time and cost efficiency.
    • Evaluate, select, and develop technologies to support necessary processes within the company.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in product launches and the implementation of manufacturing processes.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage engineering teams.
    • Strong knowledge of Continuous Improvement Methodologies and Lean Manufacturing principles.
    • Proficiency in reading OEM drawings and understanding GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).

    Competencies:

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management.
    • Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership abilities.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
