    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Safety Manager to join our team in Clarion, United States. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive safety programs to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

    • Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with OSHA regulations and industry best practices
    • Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
    • Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analyses, and develop preventive measures to mitigate future risks
    • Design and deliver safety training programs to educate employees on safety protocols and promote a culture of safety awareness
    • Manage emergency response planning and coordinate drills to ensure preparedness
    • Analyze safety data and prepare detailed reports for management, identifying trends and recommending improvements
    • Collaborate with department heads to integrate safety considerations into all aspects of operations
    • Stay current with changes in safety regulations and industry standards, updating company policies accordingly
    • Oversee the maintenance of safety records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies during inspections and audits
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering, or a related field
    • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification or equivalent
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial safety management
    • Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA regulations and industrial safety standards
    • Proven experience in developing and implementing effective safety programs
    • Strong skills in risk assessment, hazard identification, and incident investigation
    • Proficiency in safety management systems and emergency response planning
    • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
    • Demonstrated project management abilities
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and educate employees at all levels
    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
    • Decisive leadership skills with a commitment to fostering a culture of safety
    • Proficiency in relevant software tools for safety management and reporting
