Why INSERV? • Competitive salary and commission structure • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) retirement plan • Paid time off • Opportunities for professional development and advancement Responsibilities: What You'll Do: • Own and manage a sales plan to achieve and exceed financial goals. • Develop and execute business development plans to drive revenue growth. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners. • Act as the primary point of contact for area customers, fostering an increased company presence. • Identify and pursue new customer acquisition, developing a robust sales pipeline. • Manage and grow an existing book of business. • Prepare and deliver quotes, recommending optimal service solutions. • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, enhancing company market position. • Collaborate with the Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support their development. • Coordinate with the operations team to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction. • Monitor sales activity, goals, tracking, and profitability. • Problem-solve to close gaps between performance and targets. • Regularly communicate performance metrics and operational updates to senior leadership. • Maintain a safety and compliance culture, staying current on OSHA, DOT, EPA, and other applicable regulations. • Establish and maintain a positive, collaborative work environment. • Uphold and enforce all company policies, including safety, HR, and accounting. • Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority by adhering to safe work practices and processes. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: What You'll Need: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. (Preferred) • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within a related industry. • 3+ years of industry-specific experience. • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building long-lasting client relationships. • Deep understanding of technical sales processes and strategies. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. • Experience with Salesforce CRM (preferred). • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory. • OSHA certification (10/30/40) preferred. Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 yearly
