Job Summary We are seeking a full-time certified Early Childhood Assistant Teacher to join our infant room team! You will be responsible for working alongside classroom teachers to help care for our youngest students. The ideal candidate is energetic, nurturing, patient, and engaging. Responsibilities

Provide basic care tin infants such as feedings, diapering, communication with families

Help facilitate classroom lesson plans provided by lead teacher

Assist with required licensing protocols for sanitizing, documentation, etc.

Work cooperatively with classroom teachers helping children reach social/emotional physical, and intellectual milestones

Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities

Not be afraid to have fun, be silly, get creative!

Shift alternates 8am to 5pm and 8:30am to 5:30pm

Qualifications

Early Childhood Assistant Teaching certification or the qualifications to apply for the certificate:

Previous experience in the field

Completion of TECE 1 coursework or completion of early childhood HS pathway, or some college credits in early childhood

Strong understanding of child development

Dependability as consistency is important for classroom management

First aid/CPR certified preferred

Pay commensurate with experience
