Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that stimulate cognitive, physical, and social-emotional growth.
Create an inclusive, engaging learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
Facilitate activities like arts and crafts, music, storytelling, and outdoor play to promote well-rounded development.
Track children's progress, document observations, and maintain accurate records for individualized learning and parent communication.
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive learning community.
Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and developmental milestones.
Ensure a safe and clean classroom, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Stay informed on the latest early childhood education trends and practices to continuously improve teaching methods.
Qualifications:
A passion for early childhood education and helping children reach their full potential.
Prior experience as a Preschool Teacher or similar role, with a solid understanding of early childhood development.
A CDA, Associate's Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field (or equivalent experience/certifications).
Strong communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members.
Creativity, patience, and resourcefulness in creating and delivering educational activities.
Excellent organizational skills to manage time and classroom structure efficiently.
First Aid and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain) are required for ensuring classroom safety.
