    Job Title: Infant Room / Walking Infants Teacher Location: Early Start Childcare Pay Range: $14 - $15 per hour Position Type: Full-time Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

    Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Room / Walking Infants Teacher to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for infants and walking infants. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development and be committed to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for our youngest learners.

    Responsibilities:

    Plan and implement age-appropriate activities for infants and walking infants, promoting early learning and developmental milestones.

    Create a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for children.

    Monitor and ensure the well-being of infants and toddlers throughout the day.

    Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.

    Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure consistent care and educational practices.

    Maintain up-to-date records on children’s activities, health, and developmental progress.

    Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a secure learning environment.

    Support the social, emotional, and physical development of each child.

    Requirements:

    Infant and Toddler CDA (Child Development Associate) or Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

    Previous experience working with infants or toddlers is preferred.

    Strong communication skills and a love for working with young children.

    Ability to maintain a patient, caring, and nurturing attitude.

    Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities for infants and toddlers.

    Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
