Our selection process has been thoughtfully designed to ensure we find the ideal candidate who aligns with the values and spirit of our school community. The process will consist of three thorough interviews:
First Interview: This initial conversation will take place with our Head of School and Dean of School. They will delve into your educational philosophy, assessing how well it aligns with our core values and mission, as well as exploring your vision for nurturing young minds.
Second Interview: The second stage will feature an engaging session with our Junior Academy Team Leader. This will involve interactive and hands-on activities that not only highlight your teaching abilities but also allow you to show off your creativity and approach to early childhood education.
Final Interview: In the last step, you will meet with our Heads of Infants, who will guide a deeper discussion centering on effective strategies and best practices for fostering the development of our youngest learners. This conversation will allow you to share your insights and experiences in creating a supportive learning environment.
