We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a commitment to early childhood education and the ability to engage with children in a meaningful way.

Duties

Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.

Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all children.

Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as needed.

Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive interactions among students.

Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the educational experience.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and learning materials.

Provide first aid when necessary and ensure the health and safety of all students.

Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Experience Candidates should possess experience working with children in various capacities such as:

Early childhood education or preschool settings

Babysitting or nannying roles

Daycare environments or toddler care experiences

Classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning atmosphere

Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in early childhood education principles, along with relevant certifications in first aid or CPR preferred. A genuine love for teaching and nurturing young minds is essential for success in this role.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
