Responsibilities

Provide nurturing and safe care for infants in a daycare setting, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood development and learning.

Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.

Manage classroom behavior and foster a positive learning atmosphere for all children.

Qualifications

Experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare or daycare setting

Strong background in early childhood education and classroom management

Knowledge of child development and behavior management techniques

Certification in first aid and CPR preferred

Ability to work effectively with children with special needs or disabilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and parents
