We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience Tomball. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and a commitment to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of infants. At our School, we put our teachers first because they put our students first. Key Responsibilities:
Provide a safe, clean, and loving environment for infants.
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote developmental milestones.
Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere that encourages exploration and learning.
Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on their child's progress and daily activities.
Maintain accurate records of each child's development and care.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the overall well-being and growth of the children.
Follow all state licensing regulations and daycare policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
Previous experience working with infants in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting.
CPR and First Aid certification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift and carry infants and engage in physical activities.
Strong understanding of infant development and best practices in early childhood education.
