    Position: Lead Preschool Teacher Location: Aurora, Ohio

    What You’ll Do:

    Lead engaging lessons: Create and implement developmentally appropriate, hands-on lesson plans that foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.

    Foster creativity and curiosity: Encourage children to explore and discover through play, art, science, and inquiry-based learning.

    Build relationships: Establish strong connections with children, parents, and fellow staff members to create a welcoming and supportive classroom environment.

    Ensure safety: Monitor and maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom, adhering to health and safety standards.

    Collaborate: Work closely with other teachers and staff to create an inclusive learning experience and provide individualized attention to each child.

    What We’re Looking For:

    Lead Teachers

    Child Development Associate (CDA), Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred or comparable field experience

    Excellent communication skills with both children and adults

    Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

    Works productively without supervision

    CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)

    Ability to lift up to 50lbs. in connection with the handling of children
