    What we are looking for:

    We are searching for an experienced teacher for up to 40 hours per week between 8:30 - 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

    Note: Per the OEC, all new hires who are unvaccinated individuals will need to submit medical and/or religious exemption requests, as well as, be subjected to weekly testing.

    Pay rates range from $17.00-$20.00 depending on experience and education.

    Classroom Positions Needed:

    Infant (3-12 months)

    Toddler (12 - 36 months)

    Preschool (36 - 60 months)

    Role Responsibilities:

    Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow

    Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning

    Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.

    Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.

    Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.

    Support your center’s success, partnering with Center Management to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.

    Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.

    Qualifications/requirements:

    At least 1 year working in the early childhood field

    CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.

    Must meet state specific guidelines for the role.

    Must pass state background check. (OEC requirement)

    Must submit an OEC medical statement (OEC requirement)

    Must be able to consistently lift 35 pounds or more (child lifting)
