Core Values: Our educators are dedicated to providing young children with the necessary education and experiences for early success and school readiness. We believe in the importance of parent involvement and strive to form a strong partnership by sharing daily updates on their child's learning progress through newsletters and information sheets. Creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can communicate and express themselves is our priority. We recognize that each child learns differently and we aim to boost their self-esteem, helping them identify their strengths and feel confident as they prepare for Kindergarten. Respect for every child, family, and staff member is at the core of our values. Work Environment: Working with children to help them learn, grow, and develop new skills is incredibly fulfilling. Our Educators are responsible for planning and implementing childcare services for young children, ensuring their development and safety align with Steeplechase Academy and comply with the regulations of the State of Missouri's Department of Education.
