🎉 Join the KinderKids Learning Center Team! We're Hiring a One-Year-Old Teacher! 🎉

Are you passionate about shaping tiny humans into the superstars of tomorrow? Do you find joy in messy art projects, contagious giggles, and celebrating first words and wobbly steps? If so, KinderKids Learning Center (KKLC) has the perfect opportunity for YOU!

✨ About the Role: As a One-Year-Old Teacher, you'll be the superhero in in your students' lives, turning everyday moments into magical learning adventures! Your days will be filled with fun, discovery, and a whole lot of "peek-a-boo." You’ll guide our littlest learners as they explore the world around them and support their growth in a loving, safe, and nurturing environment.

🍼 Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept):

Plan engaging, developmentally-appropriate activities (hello, finger painting and sensory bins!) to foster curiosity and learning.

Wipe noses, give hugs, and cheer for every milestone –—because in our room, every step forward is worth celebrating.

Keep parents in the loop with updates and adorable pictures of their little ones through our parent engagement app. (Yes, you’ll officially be crowned "Best Photographer Ever.")

Maintain a safe, clean, and downright delightful classroom environment.

Collaborate with a team of fun-loving, passionate educators who are all about creating quality care for every child.

    💼 What We’re Looking For:

A high-energy, patient, and kind-hearted individual who loves kids (and maybe Baby Shark, but we won’t tell).

A natural leader who thrives on guiding young minds

Someone who has or is willing to obtain necessary state training, CPR, and first-aid certifications.

Bonus points if you can sing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star off-key but with great enthusiasm!

Dependable, team-player who wants to make ECE a career!

    Basic Job Functions:

ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly

ability to sit, stand, and/or kneel throughout the day as you interact with students on their level

dependable, reliable transportation and a commitment to working your scheduled shift

ability to work an 8 hour scheduled between 630am-545pm daily

Plan and implement lesson plans and activities, document student progress, and provide basic care needs for students throughout the day including diapering, feeding, and napping

    🌟 Why Join KKLC?

    We’re not just a team—we’re a family.

Ongoing training and the chance to earn your ECE degree for FREE!

Competitive pay, room for growth, and the chance to be part of a center voted Best Preschool in Baldwin County (two years running, thank you very much! 🎉).

The joy of knowing you’re making a difference in the lives of children every single day.
