    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a dedicated, passionate, and enthusiastic Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of child development and a commitment to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth of infants. This position requires creativity, patience, and the ability to promote positive relationships with both infants and their families.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Plan and implement age-appropriate curricula and activities that support the developmental milestones and learning objectives of infants (0-24 months).
    - Create a safe, inviting, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
    - Observe and assess each infant’s growth and development, maintaining accurate records and communicating progress to parents and caregivers.
    - Foster positive relationships with infants, facilitating their social interactions and helping them develop communication skills.
    - Collaborate with parents and guardians to support their child’s development and maintain open lines of communication regarding daily activities and milestones.
    - Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and organized classroom and maintaining valid certifications in CPR and First Aid.
    - Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
    - Work closely with fellow educators and staff to create a cohesive and supportive learning community.

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred.
    - Previous experience working with infants or young children in an educational or childcare setting.
    - Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
    - Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with infants and their families.
    - First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain certification).
    - Background check clearance as required by state regulations.
