JOB TITLE: PTC WINDCHILL PLM BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST

LOCATION: CHANDLER, AZ

DURATION: 10+ MONTHS

LEAD IT SYSTEMS ANALYST FOR PTC WINDCHILL PLM

REMOTE

THE ENTERPRISE FACTORY EQUIPMENT & PROCUREMENT TEAM IN SUPPLY CHAIN IT IS SEEKING A WINDCHILL PLM EXPERIENCED SYSTEMS ANALYST TO PERFORM THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES:

Collecting and analyzing information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system

Works closely with business stakeholders to develop required training and maintaining application documentation

Develop use cases, business scenarios, and/or demos, plan and coordinate testing of the newly developed features and provide L1 support using ServiceNow

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Experienced in Windchill 11.2/12, Customizations of ACLs, Lifecycles, Workflows, InfoTasks, Webjects, OIRs, actions/action-models.

Experienced in use of Windchill PLM, PDMLink, and PTC's product suite.

Experience with Windchill Platform Structures Management, Part Classification, and Supplier Management

Experienced in Windchill 11.2/12, Customizations of ACLs, Lifecycles, Workflows, InfoTasks, Webjects, OIRs, actions/action-models.

Experienced in use of Windchill PLM, PDMLink, and PTC's product suite.

Excellent customer interfacing to coordinate for the requirements, status updates, enhancements, deployments and go-live supports

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as SAFe and Jira

Experience developing and delivering end user training

Experience working remotely

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

PTC Windchill Business Administration
