    Job Description The Order Entry Specialist will provide excellent customer service to our vertical markets with an outstanding attention to detail via a B2B financial model and experience within a Billing/CRM system. The exemplary candidate will be a team player and a high-level communicator with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver accurate consistent results.     RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Reports to Director of Operations Support.
    • Provide Excellent customer service.
    • Review insertion orders and customer PO’s to ensure order is complete and ready for entry into the production system.
    • Enter ad insertion orders into the Naviga order entry system completely and accurately and ensure each order is stored in the appropriate location.
    • Ensure insertion orders are entered into the production system within 24-48 hours of receipt.
    • Maintain records in Microsoft Outlook daily.
    • Work with billing department as necessary to revise ad insertion orders as deemed necessary.
    • Correspond with sales reps and other internal customers regarding questions or issues with ad insertion orders.
    • Maintain large database by adjusting client information, billing information and publications.

    Qualifications

    • 2yrs College or equivalent work experience in a financial setting.
    • Minimum 1 year of data entry experience; preferably experience with large databases. Salesforce and Naviga order entry system experience strongly desired.
    • Ability to perform high-level math functions including fractions, decimals, percentages and discounts.
    • Strong written/verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Ability to work with managers and team members on other cross functional teams throughout the organization.
    • Effective communications, negotiating and influencing skills.
    • Ability to establish effective relationships with all colleagues at all levels in the organization.
    • Ability to independently handle multiple task and assignments within SLA’s.
    • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
