What we’re looking for:
The Sales Manager, Event Sponsorship is responsible for revenue generation of physical event sponsorship and incorporating digital sponsorship sales across all existing and future Informa Fashion events. From new product development, to implementation, to successful delivery, to achieving sponsors objective, this role will be responsible for sponsorship sales within the fashion industry also non-endemic sponsorship opportunities that address our clients’ needs.
You will handle a mix of internal and external sales activities; meeting customers face to face and but mostly virtually. This role’s success is evaluated against revenue growth, pipeline development and achievement of milestones. Focused on pursuing new customers/new business, this role also maintains strong relationships with current customers and identifies new sponsorship opportunities for our current customers, creates strategy for pursuing targets and is ultimately responsible for achieving sales goals.
Role Accountability and Duties :
Develop and sell sponsorship programs for our events, consisting of both media and marketing activations, to new customers through focused prospecting, development of client contacts, outreach through written, virtual, and face-to-face engagement, effective closing, and quality customer service practices.
