Job Description
The Ad Trafficker is responsible for the successful delivery of advertising campaigns across a set of defined vertical markets. Key focus for this role is to set up digital ad campaigns, include targeting, scheduling, reviewing, and proof of delivery. monitor campaigns to ensure pacing and performance goals are met, and proactively collaborate with colleagues for success, Products supported range from web advertising, digital newsletter, audience extension, native and rich media, as well as support of larger marketing services programs and initiatives.
Areas of Responsibility and Accountability
•Successful delivery of advertising campaigns and marketing services programs across a set of defined vertical markets.
•responsibilities include targeting, scheduling, reviewing, approving, and ensuring all ad which will adhere to creative, technical, and legal specifications.
•Advertising campaigns and marketing services programs range in complexity from multiple brand goal campaigns over multiple months and mediums, to single ad for a shorter period.
•Key focus for this role is to set up digital ad campaigns; monitor campaigns to ensure pacing and performance goals are met, and proactively collaborate with colleagues for advertising success.
•support Advertising Solutions Group team as necessary and products support range from web advertising, digital newsletter, audience extension advertising, native and rich media, as well as support of larger marketing services programs and initiatives.
•Communicate and reinforce digital ad procedures and policies
•Escalating campaign and brand-level issues to ASG leaders.
•Partner and collaborate with brands for monetization efforts
•Accountable for delivery of revenue-generating programs with several departments within Informa
•Work with market-specific stakeholders (sales, editorial, management) to service clients
•Work with Informa Engage marketing professionals (creative, campaign marketing, research) to deliver advertising campaigns & marketing services offerings to clients.
•Other duties as needed.
Qualifications
•Experience or education in marketing, journalism, business, digital media, or related field
•Preferred experience with Google Ad Manager 360, Ad Words, or Fattail
•Preferred Experience with graphic software digital image files and Third Party rich media providers
•HTML and Javascript experience a plus
•Microsoft Excel skills required
•Effectively translate complicated concepts into simple, understandable communications
•Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including presentation, organization and negotiation skills, interpersonal skills

•Ability to prioritize issues, form conclusions, determine appropriate action
•Strong customer service experience, ability to foster relationships; courteous, flexible, patient, professional.
