As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Information Technology Associate (ITA) to join our team and help maintain our IT systems and support our agents.
Position Overview: As an Information Technology Associate (ITA) at MEDcallUS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include managing and troubleshooting hardware, overseeing cloud access, maintaining applications, and ensuring adherence to HIPAA compliance and cybersecurity standards. You will be integral to our IT strategy and contribute to the overall success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Support: Provide support to agents, addressing hardware, cloud access, and application issues. After-hours assistance is rare but required.
System Management: Oversee ISP and SIP relationships to maintain system uptime, compliance, and security.
Hardware Management: Manage IT equipment including modems, switches, WAPs, PCs, and copiers, ensuring proper maintenance and replacement.
Compliance: Uphold HIPAA compliance and cybersecurity standards by managing records, IT fleet logs, and promptly deactivating obsolete agents.
Technology Champion: Master the contact center software system to streamline operations.
Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement IT strategies for productivity, business continuity, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity.
Position Requirements:
Agent Training: Understand agent operations, contact center software, applications, and HIPAA compliance.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and IT support. Familiarity with network topology, call center hardware/software, and troubleshooting.
Communication: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills aligned with our core values.
Organizational Skills: Excellent planning, organizational, and confidentiality practices.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with agents and management, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Residency: Must reside in Ohio. The training will be in person at our Seven Hills location.
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work and live in the USA. No visa sponsorship available.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Voice over IP and other call center applications.
Proven track record in managing IT hardware, ensuring cybersecurity and HIPAA compliance.
Experience in developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with business goals.
