Job Description

Pay Rate: $14/Hour

May 12th - August 22nd

• Provide first-level technical support for end-user hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Assist with setting up new user accounts and performing basic device provisioning
• Support routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, hardware inventory, and device checks
• Help document and update internal knowledge base and support guides
• Support basic security-related tasks, such as monitoring alerts and reviewing access logs under guidance
• Assist in the review and documentation of IT policies and procedures
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and cross-functional projects as assigned
• Provide administrative support to IT and Security teams as needed

Qualifications

Level of Formal Education: Currently working toward a degree. Minimum 3.0 GPA is required (overall and major)

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Possess strong organizational skills and ability to multi task and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills.

Personal Attributes: Interact professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization, residents, families, etc.
